Wendy’s Guarantees That Its New Fries Will Be Hot and Crispy Or They Will Replace Them

It wasn’t that long ago that I told you guys that Wendy’s was changing the way they made French Fries.

I can’t wait to get out and try them because I quit liking Wendy’s fries when they changed them back in 2010.

When they changed them they introduced natural-cut french fries, seasoned with sea salt… I was good with the sea salt, but something about the new fries I just didn’t like.

Well, they are finally here and officially available and they come with a guarantee!

If you’re not happy with the new fries, that have been reformulated to stay extra hot and crispy, Wendy’s will replace them!

This guarantee is an expression of the trust we’ve built with our customers, assuring a high-quality, craveable experience every time.

Wendy’s Chief Marketing Officer Carl Loredo said in a release.

The reasoning behind the change is that more people are ordering at drive-thrus and using food delivery services since coronavirus came about.

The new recipe is meant to create french fries that can retain more heat and stay crispy longer.

I think Wendy’s is on the menu for dinner tonight so that we can see just how improved the french fries are.
