This one is a bit different from the others, similar in sweetness much like most of Disney’s recipes, but different as in what time of day you should be eating this meal!

And that my friends, is French Toast, but it’s not your simple Bread and Egg recipe.

Like always, Disney adds in their twist of magic that makes their food incomparable!

Here is what you’ll need:

  • 8 thick slices of day old Challah Bread
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 6 (lightly beaten) Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 cup of Low- Fat Chocolate Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/2 cup of (creamy) Peanut Butter
  • Chocolate Syrup (optional)
  • Powdered Sugar (optional)

How to make Disney’s French Toast:

Preheat your oven to 350ºF and coat a 9x13x2-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.

Cut the Challah bread into 1-inch cubes and place them into a large bowl. Then, slice the Bananas into 1/2-inch slices and add to the bowl. Stir in your Chocolate Chips (and try not to drool!)

Combine the Peanut Butter, Eggs, Chocolate Milk, Cinnamon and Salt all together into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour your Egg mixture over the bread mixture. Stir gently until the bread cubes have absorbed in the Egg mixture.

Pour the combined mixture into your baking pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Drizzle on your Chocolate syrup and shake your Powdered Sugar on! (this step is optional)
