Move over Netflix …

Disney+ is about to crackdown on password sharing, and this news is going to suck for so many people.

My entire family shares a Disney+ account, and this means mom and dad aren’t going to be able to watch any of the old movies they love so much.

Ugh.

We’re actively exploring ways to address account sharing and the best options for paying subscribers to share their accounts with friends and family.

Not only are they putting a stop to password sharing, they are going to raise prices … again.

I mean, didn’t we just go through this?

We already know that Hulu is moving all its content over to Disney+, and with this move comes price hikes.

Seriously — I don’t know if my bank account can handle this.

I’m not sure how this is going to work, but it looks like, even though they are going to be on the same app, there is going to be separate fees for Disney+ and Hulu.

If you want ads mixed in with your programming, Disney+ and Hulu will each be $7.99.

But, then there will be the ad-free programming options.

For Disney+, they are going to charge you $13.99 a month — that’s up from $10.99 per month.

Ad-free Hulu is going to run you — wait for this one — $17.99 a month — up from $14.99 per month.

According to Business Insider, these price hikes are going to go into effect on October 12th — just in time to hit us in the bank accounts for the holiday season.

Thanks a lot, Disney+ / Hulu. This sucks just a little bit.
