Y’all, I’m a sucker for bath and body products.

If it smells good, and makes your skin moisturized, I’m using it.

I used to work at Bath & Body Works, and my obsession was a real problem. 90% of my paycheck went right back into the store.

Gotta love that employee discount. LOL!!

Now, I recently had some extra time on my hands, and decided to teach myself how to make sugar scrub.

OMG it’s so easy! You have to try it.

I know what all my besties are getting for Christmas, and they are going to love it.

Keep reading for the simple directions — you’re going to want to write this down.

How To Make Sugar Scrub

First, you are going to start by choosing a container. The prettier, the better!

Check out these empty decorative containers we found on Amazon. They are perfect for this sugar scrub.

Now, gather your ingredients.

You’re going to need:

  • 2 Cups White Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil or Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Of Your Favorite Smelly Good Shower Gel
  • 2 Teaspoons Lotion (Bonus points if it’s the same scent as the shower gel.)

You can even add some crushed lavender for some pretty texture.

Get a mixing bowl, and literally just combine all your ingredients.

Stir well until it’s all incorporated. It should be the consistency of a gritty paste.

If the scrub is too thick, use a bit more oil — a little bit at a time.

Now, you’re going to spoon it into your decorative containers, and seal it with the lids.

You can get all fancy, and use stickers on the outside to let everyone know what goodness awaits on the inside.

Make sure you keep them sealed when not in use. They will dry up if you leave them open to the air.
