The name of the product is a reference to lyrics in his song “Lose Yourself”, where two of the song’s most famous verses go: “His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy / There’s vomit on his sweater already, mom’s spaghetti.”

According to the product’s website, its ingredients include ground tomatoes, tomato pasta, garlic, carrots, red wine vinegar and various spices.
