The First Hearing of The Lawsuit Between Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie's Parents is Happening Right Now

Did you hear? Gabby Petito’s parents are suing Brian Laundrie’s parents.

The first hearing of the lawsuit is happening right now and here’s what is happening…

In a Florida lawsuit, Gabby Petito’s parents claim Brian Laundrie told his parents he had killed her when he returned home alone from their trip.

Basically, the parents would have had info that could have led police to finding Gabby sooner.

The lawsuit says Christopher and Roberta Laundrie concealed their son had confessed to the murder while everyone was searching for Gabby Petito.

“In doing so, Christopher Laundrie and Roberta Laundrie acted with malice or great indifference to the rights of (Gabby’s parents) Joseph Petito and Nicole Schmidt,” the lawsuit claims, adding that this conduct was “shocking, atrocious, and utterly intolerable in a civilized community.”

The first hearing is today and the attorney for Brian Laundrie’s parents is basically saying they don’t have an obligation to tell anyone the information if they did know what happened to Gaby.
