Messing with someone’s sleep is never a good thing and it can put strain on marriage. That is why, If You’re Tired All The Time, A ‘Sleep Divorce’ Is For You, Here’s Why…
A ‘Sleep Divorce’ is the new trend in relationships where instead of getting a real divorce, spouses sleep apart from each other. They are just divorcing each other from sleeping in the same bed or room and it is saving marriages.
According to a survey from Slumber Cloud, 12 percent of American couples have filed for a sleep divorce, and 30 percent have at least discussed it.
“As a couple, if you enjoy sleeping together and can do so without one party disrupting the other’s sleep, then that is a great outcome. However, it doesn’t mean that your relationship is better than a couple who sleeps separately. Hundreds of thousands of couples are heading to separate rooms each night and enjoying a full life, and great relationships, because they get a good night’s sleep each night.”

And we all know sleep is essential to be healthy.

A 2016 study found that sleep issues and relationship problems tend to occur simultaneously.
“Since sleep problems of one partner may also become a problem for the other, couple sleeping should be taken into consideration when dealing with sleep problems such as apnea or snoring.”
