A Stan Lee documentary is coming to Disney+, and my husband just did a little happy dance.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last 80 years, you undoubtedly know who Stan Lee is.

The guy basically created the entire Marvel Universe, one character at a time.

According to Office Timeline, Mr. Lee started his comic book career by writing for Captain America comics in 1941, and the rest is superhero history.

He brought us characters that are so much ingrained in our culture, there’s no way you DON’T know who they are.

The Hulk, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, Thor, the X-Men, Loki, and Black Panther (to name just a few).

Thanks to Stan Lee, the world of the Marvel Universe opened up to fans.

And we’ve never looked back!!

The dude is so much a part of pop culture, that he’s made cameos in things like Big Bang Theory, Entourage, Heroes, Chuck, The Simpsons, and — my personal favorite — Mallrats.

He’s also shown up in just about every Marvel movie. It’s kind of a thing to try and find Stan — a sort of comic book Where’s Waldo.

Stan would have turned 100 years old this year, and to celebrate, Marvel dropped the trailer for the upcoming Disney+ documentary on his life.

You can catch Stan Lee sometime in 2023 — hopefully sooner rather than later!!

See the trailer for Stan Lee below.
