‘Invincible’ Is The Most Messed Up Animated Series I’ve Ever Watched

This past weekend my husband and I binged Invincible after having multiple friends and family tell us we needed to watch it.

I had no idea what I was about to get myself into.

It really is the most messed up animated series I’ve ever seen!!

First off, have you watched The Boys? It’s basically like that but a lot more messed up and it’s entirely animated instead of live-action.

Invincible is an American adult animated superhero television series, based on the comic series of the same name by Robert Kirkman.

Yes, the Robert Kirkman that is well-known for his work on The Walking Dead.

The first episode of Invincible premiered on Amazon Prime Video on March 25, 2021 and ended with 7 episodes of the first season.

In April 2021, the series was renewed for a second and third season.

So, what is it about?

Superheroes – Basically, each character is a knock-off of well-known superheroes like Omni Man who is basically Superman and he has a son with the same abilities/powers.

The show is COMPLETELY messed up. Very gory, cursing, very much a mature animated series and not for the kids to watch at all.

I don’t want to spoil anything for you in case you haven’t watched it so I will just say, prepare yourself. It is a lot but it is really, really good!
