Kate Middleton has just announced she has cancer.
If you haven’t been following this story, let me recap…
Kate Middleton went missing from the public eye since January when the palace announced she was undergoing abdominal surgery.
People had all sorts of speculations as to why she disappeared and what really happened.
So many were concerned for her safety (after all, the royals have a huge fan base).
And now, we are hearing about her cancer diagnosis which is so sad and makes all those rumors so much worse.
In a video today posted to social media, The Princess of Wales (Kate Middleton) addresses the public revealing she was diagnosed with cancer, something that was discovered during her abdominal surgery in January.
In the video she says:
“In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous. The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment.”
She then goes onto asking for privacy during this difficult time as she undergoes chemotherapy.
This is truly sad that she was sort of pushed by the public to reveal this information due to all the rumors and speculation.
