Exactly as it sounds, pasta chips are chips, made out of pasta, specifically air fried pieces of pasta for a satisfying crunch similar to a chip!

To make, boil your pasta as you normally would, season after they turn soft and air fry at 400 degrees for around 10 minutes, tossing half way through until each piece of pasta is golden brown.
