Now it’s without a doubt that due to school closures, kids are playing more video games at home!

I’m sure most parents are trying to steer their kids away from the television so they don’t turn into couch potatoes, however it may be even harder now, considering what Playstation just created.

I usually wouldn’t recommend keeping secrets from your children, but desperate times call for desperate needs and what they don’t know won’t hurt them, right? Well, here it is…

Playstation has announced today the first look into their new wireless controller, the DualSense for Playstation 5.

The controller isn’t out yet, but Playstation has revealed that it is in fact, in its last stage of final design, according to their website.

The new controller focuses on the sensation of touch, inviting players to an entirely new level of game play.

More specifically, Playstation has noted that the DualSense has heightened the sense of touch so much, that as a player, you will be able to feel “the slow grittiness of driving a car through mud”, as stated on their website.

Playstation also mentioned,

“We also incorporated adaptive triggers into the L2 and R2 buttons of DualSense so you can truly feel the tension of your actions, like when drawing a bow to shoot an arrow.”

Aside from our feeling of touch, the controller is supposed to feel smaller than what it actually is and lighter in our hands, a stronger battery life and a few updates to the grip.
