Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream Recipe
This Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream Recipe is adapted directly from the side of the Starbucks ground coffee package. It combines heavy whipping cream, spices and a little bit of love.
If we are being honest — I’ve already had FOUR PSLs (That’s Pumpkin Spice Lattes, for those not in the know) and i’ve been wanting to find a GOOD way to make my Pumpkin Spice Lattes at home.
So, you can imagine how excited I was when I found the Starbucks recipe for their Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream right on the side of their bags of coffee.
And guess what? It’s SUPER simple to make.
You just need to stock your pantry cabinet with a few things: Ground Cinnamon, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Ginger, Powdered Sugar, and I bet you already have the salt. You also need to get some good quality heaving whipping cream.
How To Make Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Whipped Cream
- 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt
Directions:
Put the whipped Cream into a bowl (it helps if the bowl is chilled).
Place the sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in with the whipping cream.
Now, get a whisk, and whip that baby up!! I use this little gadget. It helps IMMENSELY!
Whip it up until it forms stiff peaks. You will know it when you see it.
Now, if you whip up Whipped Cream TOO much, you get butter. So, stop while you’re ahead, and when you see those stiff little peaks.
Then you take a big ol’ spoon, and taste your masterpiece. Adjust the flavor as needed.
When you get it JUST RIGHT, top your homemade PSL or coffee with the Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream.
You can even sprinkle some of that cinnamon right on top to make it EXTRA beautiful and tasty!
