Target Is Not Open On Easter This Year. Here Is Everything You Need To Know.

Don’t head out to your local Target on April 12th. They will not be open.

Why? Target is closing their doors for the Easter holiday, and I can’t say I’m mad about it.

Target employees have been working SO hard during this time, staying open as an “essential” store, while the rest of us sit at home.

During a time when so many of us are staying home, with nothing to do but watch Netflix or take random Online Classes, these Target employees are here for us, as they stock their shelves, check us out, deep clean the store, hear all our complaining about how staying at home is so hard, and they just try to make our day more pleasant.

They deserve a day off, by dang it!

Many Target stores have adjusted their hours during this time. A lot of the stores are closing at 9pm, thereby giving them more time to clean — to keep us ALL healthy!

They have also devoted the first hour on Wednesdays to “at risk” individuals, so they can shop without fear of being around a lot of people.

I say, GIVE THEM EASTER! They deserve it.

Now, I know, inevitably — because I’ve been there — you’re going to forget something for your Easter meal, and you’re going to want to head to Target.

Sorry. Not THIS year. Have a Plan B in place.

Don’t worry. Target will be open the day BEFORE, and the day AFTER Easter, so you can get plenty of shopping in at that time.
