The New Teaser Trailer For ‘Halloween Kills’ Is Here And It Looks Scary
You know, I was soooo looking forward to watching Halloween Kills at the theater this year. Of course, with the pandemic that was all delayed and we have to wait one more year to get a new Michael Myers film.
That’s alright, I can be patient! However, this teaser that Blumhouse Productions released at BlumFest has me all riled up!
Once again, Jamie Lee Curtis is starring in her original 1978 role as Michael Myers sister. The film that came out in 2018 was supposed to be the “true” follow up for the original film, and this new film will be the next installment.
Basically, all of the other Halloween films in between the 1978 and 2018 film don’t exist with this telling of the story. So, yes watch them because they’re still awesome, but also forget about them when you are watching this series.
This newest film has director David Gordon Green from the 2018 Halloween. The storyline for this newest installment focuses more on the terror caused by Michael’s murders and the impact on the community.
If the first film was somewhat retelling the origin of Myers and getting us up to speed with where Laurie had been all those years, then part two is about the outrage of Haddonfield. Mob Rules’ was our working title for the film. It’s about a community that is united by outrage, and divided in how to deal with evil.

Returning Stars!
John Carpenter and Jamie Lee Curtis are returning once again so that’s fantastic! Also, Judy Greer and Andi Matichak and several stars from the original film from 1978 are coming back!
‘Halloween Kills’ will arrive in theaters on October 15th, 2021! I am so excited! Then on October 14th, 2022 we will be able to watch the next installment which is called ‘Halloween Ends’.
