This Family Of Orangutans Lives With Little Otters And It’s The Cutest Thing You’ll See All Day
File this story under “Too Cute To Handle!’
There is a zoo in Belgium that wins for having their orangutans on display in the MOST ADORABLE way!
The Pairi Daiza Zoo, in Belgium, has their family of these great apes in an enclosure with — wait for it — little OTTERS!! And you won’t believe how gentle and sweet the orangutans are with these little critters.
These Asian small-clawed otters live in the river that goes through the orangutan’s habitat enclosure.
This helps the orangutans, as they need stimulation — things to look at and do — to keep them thriving. These little otters do the trick!
The otters play and scurry along and through the river. They also go into the orangutan habitat, and play with these regal beasts.
I don’t know if my heart can take the amount of cuteness in these pictures! *Sigh*
Father orangutan Ujian, 24, mother orangutan Sara, 15, and the cutest little 3 year old EVER, the orangutan son Berani all live together in the enclosure, and play peacefully with the otters.
I don’t know about y’all, but I’m planning my trip to Belgium now. I have to see this CUTEST enclosure EVER.
If you are in need of MORE absolute cuteness overload, you have to check out the San Diego Zoo. You can visit my favorite of ALL the zoos , right from your own home!
