Did y’all know it’s possible to make bagels with just 2 ingredients?

No, really. I’m serious.

These bagels are the easiest breakfast you will ever make, and they will have the family begging for more.

What You Need To Make 2 Ingredient Bagels

  • Self-Rising Flour
  • Greek Yogurt

That’s it.

Now, if you want to make these extra tasty, you can add an egg wash for the top and a couple shakes of Everything Bagel Seasoning.

Side Note: You will totally want to add the seasoning! It is delicious.

How To Make 2 Ingredient Bagels

Dump the Self-Rising Flour and Greek Yogurt into a mixing bowl.

Mix it up until it forms a dough.

Take the dough out of the bowl, and knead it with your hands until it’s smooth.

Divide your dough ball into 6 segments, and roll each segment into a ball.

Now, pretend you are back in preschool, and roll each ball on the counter to make a thick snake shape.

Twist that snake shape around to resemble a bagel.

Repeat this with the remaining 5 segments of dough.

Here is the optional part.

Whisk one egg, and brush it onto the top of each bagel.

Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning onto the tops of the bagels — use your heart to measure it.

Now, you are going to put each bagel on a baking sheet — or I like to use a baking stone.

Throw it in a preheated 350º oven, and cook the bagels for about 20 minutes.

You can turn the oven to broil at the end, and brown the tops of the bagels if you so desire.

If you are using a baking stone, be careful. Some stones can’t take the heat of a broil.

Take your bagels out of the oven, and let them cool down for at least 5 minutes.

Now, smear that baby with tons of cream cheese, and shove it in your mouth.

Yum, right?!?

  • 2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 2 Cups Greek Yogurt


  • Mix together the Self-Rising Flour and Greek Yogurt.
  • Knead it with your hands until smooth.
  • Separate your dough into 6 balls.
  • Roll each ball out, and form it into a bagel shape.
  • Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
  • Let the bagels cool for 5 minutes before you eat.


Optional Ingredients: 1 Egg and Everything Bagel Seasoning
Optional Instructions: Whisk the egg and brush it until the tops of the bagels before you bake.
Top with Everything Bagel Seasoning before you throw the bagels in the oven
You can also broil the bagels at the end of the cooking time to brown the tops.
