You can make a Copycat Chick-fil-A Sauce that’s completely out of this world!

I am a bit of a sauce conseiure if you will. I tend to sauce up everything from chicken nuggies, to hamburgers, to carrots, and even pasta.

Yes, I said pasta. Don’t judge. Let me be me. You haven’t lived until you’ve added ranch dressing to spaghetti sauce.

At the tippity top of my favorite all time sauces is the Chick-fil-A Sauce. Just their signature yellowish-orange sauce that comes in that little dipping packet that’s just perfect for dunking all the things.

I have been trying FOREVER to recreate it at home — because let’s face it, it’s amazing — but I sure don’t have the money to drop at Chick-fil-A every day of the week to get my Chick-fil-A sauce fix.

I have tried different combinations of ingredients, in different amounts, and different brands. BUT, I think I’ve finally stumbled on a delicious winner, and I’m here to share the Copycat Recipe For Chick-fil-A Sauce with you!!

How Do You Make Copycat Chick-fil-A Sauce?

This can’t get any easier. You only need three ingredients — THREE!!

You ready? Write this down.

Ingredients:

  • Ken’s Honey Mustard
  • Olive Garden Parmesan Ranch
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce

Now, technically, you can use whichever brands you like. The sauce will still turn out AWESOME, but I’ve found these brands to bring the BEST flavor in the end.

The measurements are super easy. You can even eyeball it if you want!

Directions:

  • Pour 1/3 cup of Ken’s Honey Mustard into a small bowl
  • Add 1 heaping tablespoon of Olive Garden Parmesan Ranch to the Honey Mustard in the bowl
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce to the other two ingredients in the bowl.

Get a spoon, and mix the three ingredients together until well combined.

That’s literally it. Now, you just dip things in it.

Ritz crackers, Chicken Nuggies, Pretzels, Spring Rolls, Veggies, French Fries, Corn Dog Nuggets — it’s all pretty amazing.

Heck, you could even eat it straight off the spoon, and I won’t tell anyone. It’s that good.

Can You Substitute Ingredients In The Copycat Chick-fil-A Sauce?

Sure!! If you get a hankering for the tasty sauce, but don’t have some of the ingredients, never fear.

You will get just a little bit of a different flavor, but trust me, it will still be amazing.

Pretty much the only thing you HAVE to have is the Barbecue Sauce, although if you are crafty enough in the kitchen, you can make your own.

If you don’t have Honey Mustard Dressing, you can whisk the following together:

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of White Vinegar

To substitute the Ranch Dressing, simply whisk together:

  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • Any Combination of Herbs: Dill, Parsley, Italian Seasoning, Chives — just a few shakes will do you
  • 1 Clove of Garlic (or 2 cloves if you want to get wild and crazy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Throw In a Splash of Buttermilk If You Have It

Mix all that up in a small bowl, and VOILA!! Tasty sauce similar to the Chick-fil-A Sauce.
