How To Make 2 Ingredient Christmas Fudge
I’m straight up giddy.
It’s just about the sweetest time of the year — literally. All the sweets!
I get to put on my baking hat (I don’t literally have a baking hat), and try my hand at creating all the good things — like these Christmas Tree Pretzels.
Something else I’m totally going to make this year is Christmas Fudge!!
My grandma used to make fudge for us every single Christmas, and now that she’s gone, I’m here to continue the tradition.

Making fudge is super easy — easier than you might think.
It only takes 2 ingredients, and a couple simple steps, and VOILA! Fudge.

How To Make 2 Ingredient Christmas Fudge
Here’s what you are going to need:

Now, here’s what you do:
Pour an entire bag of Chocolate Chips into a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave in 20-second intervals until the chocolate chips are melted and smooth, stirring after each 20-second interval.
To the melted chocolate chips, you need to add 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Stir it all together until it’s combined.
Line a square baking dish with parchment paper, and pour the melted mixture into the lined baking dish.
Put the mixture into the fridge until it is firm.
Take it out of the fridge when it’s firmed up, and BOOM. Fudge.
Things To Add To Your Christmas Fudge
There are a few things you can do to make this Christmas Fudge even better.
Choose your favorite extract: Vanilla extract, Peppermint extract, Hazelnut extract, etc.
Mix in a teaspoon of your favorite extract into your melted mixture before you pour it into the baking dish.
The extract will give you fudge such a yummy flavor.

You can also top the fudge, before you put it into the refrigerator, with Christmas Sprinkles.
It will give your Christmas Fudge just a little more holiday spirit.

If you want to get all fancy, once it’s set up, sift some powdered sugar onto the fudge.
It’s so easy, but gives it that nice touch of class. It almost looks like snow!

It’s also possible to make layered fudge.
Just melt a bowl of regular chocolate chips, and then separately melt a bowl of white chocolate chips.
Add Sweetened Condensed Milk to both bowls, and stir until smooth.
Pour the regular chocolate mixture into your baking dish.
Top it carefully with the white chocolate mixture.
Let it set up in the fridge, and VOILA!! Layered Christmas Fudge.
How To Serve Your Christmas Fudge
Once your fudge has set up in the fridge, cut it into bite-sized chunks with a knife — a butter knife should cut through the fudge easily.
You can place your pieces of fudge into cupcake liners. That way the fudge won’t stick together.

This Christmas Fudge makes GREAT Christmas gifts for friends and family.
Just put your fudge into a parchment-lined Christmas Container, and add a bow.
