One of my favorite things to do every year is make holiday goodies for all my BFFs.

My friends also look forward to it every year. I start getting requests in October for their Must-Have treats.

I make a variety of Christmas goodies, and wrap them up in Christmas containers that I buy at Walmart.

They make the BEST Christmas gifts!

This year, I am adding a new treat into the mix, and everyone is going to love it!!

Christmas Tree Pretzels! They are super simple to make, not expensive, and they are delish!!

How To Make Christmas Tree Pretzels

To start with, you’re going to need to get stick pretzels.

It’s super important that you only get stick pretzels, because that’s what’s going to make up the trunk of the tree.

You also need to pick up some white chocolate chips, some green food coloring, and some red and white sprinkles — the kind that are little crunchy dots.

Make sure you also have parchment paper and Ziploc-type bags on hand.

Pour your white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, and microwave on high for 20 seconds at a time.

Stir after each 20-second interval, and keep microwaving in 20-second intervals until the white chocolate chips are melted.

Then, you want to add a couple drops of green food coloring to the white chocolate chips, and stir it up.

Now, you’re going to spoon that melty green goodness into a Ziploc-type bag.

Use your hand to tighten the Ziploc bag, making sure all the melted white chocolate chips go into one corner of the bag.

Snip the tip on the corner of the bag. Just get the very tip to make sure not too much of the melted white chocolate comes out at a time.

Lay your pretzels out, a couple inches apart, on parchment paper.

Now, you’re going to pipe the green melted white chocolate zig-zagged up the pretzel, so it resembles a Christmas tree.

Ones you’ve made all your little trees, shake your sprinkles onto the trees. It’s going to look like Christmas ornaments.

All that’s left to do is let them harden. You can carefully put them in the freezer to speed up the process if you want.

Once the Pretzel Christmas Trees are done, you can add them to decorative holiday tins for gifts — or you can shove them in your mouth, and enjoy!
