How To Make 3-Ingredient Instant Pot Barbecue Pulled Pork

Set your Instant Pot to sauté and add vinegar to heat it.

While the vinegar is heating, cut your pork roast into four chunks (it will fit better in the cooker in smaller pieces). Press the seasoning onto the roast until thoroughly covered.

When the vinegar is hot, add in the pork chunks and sear each side, about 3-5 minutes total.

Add in the water and any additional seasoning.

Close the lid and set to manual/high for 2 hours.

Once at zero, let it naturally release for 10 minutes.

Shred by hand, pulse in a food processor, or use meat pulls to shred.

Add in bbq sauce (if desired) and it’s ready to serve!

Lay out sandwich ingredients and layer to taste. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Prefer chicken? Use 3 pounds of chicken breasts, and cook for 1 hour instead of two.
