$80 Grapes Exist and I’m Pretty Sure It’s The Most Bougie Thing In Existence
Of all the bougie things you could try, this ranks right up there with the most bougie of them all.

This lady tried $80 grapes, and her reaction lets us know that we may want to make the splurge on these high-priced grapes at least once in our lifetime.
Kena Peay is a TikTok user, hiker, and one-the-road chef who has quite the following on the social media platform. She has amassed over 300,000 followers for her unique style of skillet cooking, hiking outdoorsy videos, and tasty food testing videos.

I’m not gonna lie, I kind of like living vicariously through her adventures.
Check out this video she made that looks like she’s walking straight through the center of Narnia!!
But what about those $80 grapes?
She captions the video “Thirst Trap In Grape Form, Mind Blown.” And, I have to admit, I was intrigued from the very first moment.

These are called Kyoho grapes. They’re very special grapes from Korea. They’re used as gifts to give your loved ones.

Kena, who is sitting outside in what appears to be a mountainous region, holds up a box that contains four clusters of grapes, wrapped in a sort of plastic mesh covering.

“Look at her glistening in the sun!” she says as she reveals a freshly rinsed cluster of these giant bulbous beauties.
You are supposed to peel the grape for full mind-blowing effect — but she is quick to note that she is saving the skin because “for $80, everything is going to be used.” LOL!! I feel that in my soul.

The very second she pops these in her mouth, you can tell she thinks they taste like heaven.

Right off the bat, she notes that these giant grapes have a jelly-like texture that just seem to melt in your mouth — I have to try them.

Kena doesn’t stop at just one grape. She keeps popping the large peeled grapes into her mouth, as she fights to come up with the exact words to describe these decadent purple beauties.
Oh my gosh. What? What in the — ? What kind of grape sorcery is this? No seeds. How did momma grow with no seeds?
@kenapeay
As she is struggling to come up with words to describe exactly what she is tasting she says, “It’s not like any other grape I’ve had. The texture is soft. It’s tender. It almost melts in your mouth.”

“These are proposal grapes,” she decides. LOL! “Buy a box of grapes and propose. They’ll say yes.”
This has changed my life. I will now be spending $80 on grapes once a year!
@kenapeay
They are “worth every penny,” she states at the end of the video, and I immediately want to find somewhere to buy these bucket-list bad boys!!
