Johnny Depp Takes The Stand Again Even Though Everyone Said He Wasn’t Going to

Nobody saw this coming…

Reports as of yesterday were that, Johnny Depp was to not take the stand after all, because his legal team felt it wasn’t necessary given all the evidence and other testimonies.

However, Johnny Depp just took the stand once again.

He was asked

Johnny Depp replies:

He was then asked if he knew that Amber Heard had said he hadn’t helped her get the Aquaman role and asked his thoughts.

He said:

It isn’t entirely true.

He then goes onto explain that he remembers the night and explains what happened that night. He says while they were there in Rio, Amber told him she had to get back to LA for an audition for Aquaman.

After Ms. Heard’s audition or possibly auditions for Warner Bros. Um, Ms. Heard expressed to me that the film was going to be shooting in Australia and Australia was a potential problem.

He was then interrupted with an objection from Amber’s legal team.

I was informed by Ms. Heard that the film was going to be shooting in Australia and that was of um, concern to her. Because it was a concern to Warner Bros. So, she asked if I would. Because I’ve had a multi-film deal with Warner Bros. so we had been in business together, so I knew these people. So, she asked me if I would speak to them. I made a phone call and I spoke to 3 upper Warner executives (he named them by name).

Um, I can only say that ultimately she did the job in the film. So, hopefully, I had curbed their worries to some degree.
