You Can Now Book A Stay in Shrek’s Swamp And It Won’t Cost You A Dime

Finding a hotel to book for vacation, can be just stressful as planning the trip.

Although thanks to Shrek’s best friend Donkey, you don’t have to worry about booking a room in a hotel anymore because you can now officially stay, at Shrek’s swamp during your vacation away.

Airbnb has officially recreated Shrek’s home in the swamp just in time for Halloween, and if you’re a fan of the movie series, you can count on Airbnb’s recreation to look exactly like DreamWorks Animation.

While we don’t know where Shrek is currently vacationing off too, according to Airbnb, Donkey is currently swamp-sitting for his very best friend.

And it’s at no surprise that Donkey, has already done something crazy like opening up his friend’s home to others!

Featuring a moss-covered home with overgrown landscaping and a cozy-feel interior, Shrek’s home sits among the rolling hills of Scotland.

For the first time ever, guests can choose to stay in Shrek’s secluded haven where you can eat and live like an ogre because Donkey is making complimentary waffles in the morning!

So if you’ve always wanted to visit, and nonetheless be a guest in Shrek’s home, Airbnb is offering a two-night stay for up to three guests during October 27-29 for zero dollars to visit.

That’s right, instead of charging guests, Airbnb will be making a one-time donation to HopScotch Children’s Charity.

Fans of the Shrek series can request to be apart of Shrek and Donkey’s world beginning October 13 at 6 p.m. BST.

Keep in mind, while staying her won’t cost you anything, you will need to make your own accommodations to and from Scotland. Plus, only a few lucky people will be accepted to stay here.
