Netflix’s ‘I Am Not Okay With This’ Is Like Stranger Things With A Bit More Teenage Angst and Love
Netflix has done it again! They simply can’t make a bad Netflix Original show.
I Am Not Okay is the new Netflix series, by the same people that brought us The End Of The F***ing World and Stranger Things.
It is also based on the graphic novel of the same name, by Charles Forsman.

It follows Syd (Sydney), a typical seventeen year old, traversing the waters of typical teenage puberty riddled life.

She has just moved to middle-of-nowhere Pennsylvania, and goes to a normal, boring AF high school.

She has a best friend — who she may be in love with, but she can’t deal that yet.

She also has a younger brother, who she mostly likes, and a mom, who is mostly a b****.

She is trying to find her “new normal,” living in the aftermath of her father’s suicide, and — oh, yeah — she has just discovered she has telekinetic powers.

The thing about these telekinetic powers, they always seem to pop up at the most inopportune times.

She has to learn to control that anger!

The entire seven-episode season of I Am Not Okay With This is currently streaming on Netflix, and you know what that means!

BINGE WATCHING PARTY!
