My daughter is obsessed with Encanto. So much, I can officially say I’ve watched it about a hundred times already.

That is why we started scouring the internet for fun Encanto crafts and recipes to make but couldn’t find any.

So, we came up with our own! We first made some fun Encanto Maribel Madrigal Glasses then we made these yummy Encanto chocolate covered pretzel rods!

Ingredients needed:

Start by melting your white melting candy. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir and repeat until melted. Be careful not to burn.

Next, stick a piping bag or baggie on the inside of a tall cup and fold the sides over. This helps make dipping the pretzel rods easier.

Pour the white melting chocolate inside the bag and then dip a pretzel rod into it. You should be able to cover the pretzel rod with the white chocolate about 2/3 way up the pretzel rod.

Put the dipped pretzel rods onto a cookie sheet covered in wax paper.

Start melting the remaining colors of chocolate. Once melted, drizzle the colored chocolate onto the pretzel rods. I did a few with each color.

While the melting chocolate is still tacky, pour sprinkles onto them.

Place the pretzel rods into the freezer or fridge for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Remove from freezer and then serve and enjoy!

Note: We used about half the bag of the candy melts and it made 6 pretzel rods. If you wanted to make a dozen, you could use the entire bag of candy melts.
