Girl Scout Cookies Are Coming Back But They Will Be More Expensive This Year

It’s almost our favorite time of year!

No, I’m not talking about Halloween — although that’s a close second.

I’m talking about Girl Scout Cookie time — starting in January.

We are about to get bombarded, when we walk through the doors of Walmart, by young girls in green and brown vests.

I’m fine with that. Give me a Thin Mint, and I’m happy.

You know what I’m not happy about?

The price of Girl Scout Cookies are going up AGAIN this year.

Now, this price hike won’t pertain to every single troop. However, some troops are taking the price of the Girl Scout Cookies from $5 a box — last year’s price — to $6 a box.

Now, I know that $6 a box isn’t that much, but COME ON!! Why do we have to raise the price of EVERYTHING?!?

There were some cookies that carried a $6 price tag last year — examples: S’mores and Toffee-Tastics — but now ALL the cookies are going to be the higher price.

You know what? I think those Girl Scouts are going to be just fine.

We will still clamor for our favorite cookies that we can only get once a year!
