McDonald's Just Released a New Cookies & Cream Pie and My Mouth is Watering

McDonald’s has figured that the Oreo McFlurry finally needs a partner in crime.

Welcoming in a new miniature pie that simply is a must to dunk in your Oreo McFlurry, has finally been released to the states after only being available overseas.

The sweet treat which was originally released in Malaysia, has officially been introduced to the U.S. and all we can say is, thank you McDonald’s from the top of our lungs.

What’s aptly named the Cookies & Cream Pie, this pie’s main inspiration comes from the delicious Oreo cookie itself.

So not only should this sweet pie taste very similar to the chocolate cookie, but it even looks like an Oreo too, just in pie form.

And the only difference between Malaysia’s version and the U.S. is the cream that’s stuffed inside.

While both versions include a crispy cookie outer crust, the states Cookies & Cream Pie packs a white cream rather than the chocolate stuffing that’s available in Malaysia.

Although both sound just as good.

The only downfall about this new sweet treat is that it’s currently only here for a limited-time only.

Plus, it seems to be unknown for exactly how long this pie will stay on menus considering there have been a few different dates tossed around.

Now whether or not this pie will be available nationwide, some have said that the dessert will only be available in select locations and has currently been spotted in New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Oklahoma.

However, @snackbetch mentioned on Instagram just yesterday on the Fourth that the pie should be released nationwide over the new few months.
