Seasoned And Smoked Blocks Of Cream Cheese Are The New Hot Food Trend And Now It’s All I Can Think About
I need it in my belly as soon as possible, because this sounds like a serious cream cheese lovers (me) dream y’all!

Cream cheese is one of my most favorite things to eat, I can eat it plain, flavored, on a cracker, off a butter knife… doesn’t matter!

He took 2 blocks of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, seasoned each one up differently, drizzled the edges with olive oil, placed on a sheet of tin foil and threw it in the smoker, and created something that looks drool-worthy!

Thing is, we don’t have a smoker right now and I am DYING to try this!

Like this is a legit reason that we should get a smoker soon right?

His Facebook post quickly went viral and you can see why, it looks absolutely amazing!
If you have never smoked Philadelphia cream cheese, do yourself a favor and try it.

He said to take your favorite rub or seasonings and coat the entire block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese with it, he did one with Dan-O’s Seasoning and Zatarain’s Blackened Seasonings.

He then said to drizzle it with about 1/2 ounce to an ounce of olive oil on and around all of the edges of the block of cream cheese.

Place it on a sheet of tin foil and smoke it at 250° for 3 hours.

Patiently wait for your smoked Philadelphia Cream Cheese for those 3 hours…. 3 hours, but it looks so worth it!

You can spread it on crackers, slap it on a tortilla, on a slice of meat, or use it to fill poppers!
