I live on the border of Orlando. None of the SB stores have anything Fall/Halloween related. Marketing ploy or employees who bought the stuff before available and selling it at mark up.

It'd be nice to know actual locations these cups are released for sale at! Also to be fair put them for sale at more then just your top producing stores, in certain states/cities, your other customers would like a chance to buy this product as well!

That is the official release date, but a lot of stores don't follow protocol and put them out early.
