Trader Joe’s Has Restocked Their $8 Bunches of Pink Peonies and I’m On My Way
Believe it or not, I’ve never stepped foot into a Trader Joe’s grocery store. Did you know they sold flowers?!
Well, learning now that the grocery store chain sells pink peonies, I might just have to stop by!
The summer season is here and it’s right around this time, when the gorgeous plant blooms and the fresh flowers are finally back in stock.
Trader Joe’s carries a few different kinds of the peony flower, including single, semi-double, double, and Japanese, that come in a variety of colors such as pink, white, purple and red.
What’s neat about this flower, is that they’re known for their abundant blooms, creating a layered effect within the flower. The petals even change shades over the seasons.
Depending on your location, usually a 5 pack of peonies cost around 8 dollars.
According to the Trader Joe’s website, to make your peonies long-lasting, you should cut the stems at a 45 degree angle, placing them in fresh water afterwards.
This type of flower should be kept in a cool location that’s also out of direct sunlight. Re-cutting the stems and changing the water every other day will also keep your peonies at peak condition.
Trader Joe’s also mentioned, that peonies are back for a “very very very limited time” only, as quoted on their website. So, buy them as soon as you can because I know I am!
