It’s once again that time of the year where one morning we wake up and notice our phone and the stovetop’s clock don’t match.

And just incase you’ve forgotten, yes, daylight savings time is here.

Since we’re now in the season fall, daylight savings will have us falling back our clocks rather than springing forward in March.

So when should you be setting back your clocks around the house?

It’s best to change your clocks before you go to bed this Saturday night, November 5th.

Considering Daylight Savings ends on November 6 this year, turning back your clocks one hour before you go to bed the night before will save you some time in the morning.

And since we are turning back our clocks one hour, that means we get an extra hour of sleep this weekend!

Although if you happen to forget the night before to change your clocks, just remember to do so the next morning so you’re not an hour early in your schedule!
