Is your favorite McDonald’s a good restaurant or does it need a little TLC in the productivity department?

There is a hack going viral on TikTok that will let you know if your local McDonald’s passes the test for a high quality restaurant.

Nope. It has nothing to do with their ice cream machines.

I’m pretty sure they never work no matter what McDonald’s you go to. LOL!!

This hack has to do with how well your McDonald’s can handle productivity under stressful situations.

Mike Haracz, who once served as a corporate chef for McDonald’s, came up with this test for your local McDonald’s to see how amazing they are.

I can tell you right now, every McDonald’s around me fails and fails hard. Ha!

How To Tell If Your McDonald’s Location Is A Good One

So, here’s what you do:

Go into your local McDonald’s during a busy time — breakfast rush, right at lunch time, dinner on a Friday night, etc.

Take a group of friends with you, because you are going to end up with a lot of food!

You want to order TEN Quarter Pounders with Cheese, and make customizations to some of those sandwiches. Add mayo, add lettuce, add tomato, no pickles, extra cheese, dehydrated onions — whatever you like.

According to Mike Haracz, a “good” McDonald’s will be able to quickly accommodate your requests.

And, here’s the kicker. They should be able to get your order correct the first time — like, all your sandwiches should be correct. You shouldn’t have to go back up to the counter to get anything fixed.

If you can get your complete order in under five minutes, and all of the ingredients or adjustments that you request are accurate, you are at a good McDonald’s

Heck, the McDonald’s around me can’t even get a single Happy Meal correct when I’m the only person in line. LOL!! 100 times out of 100 I have to go in from the drive thru and ask them for ketchup, or the drink, or a straw, or even the correct number of Chicken McNuggets.

What are the odds that they are going to get 10 customized Quarter Pounders correct during a rush? Ermmm — I’m not too hopeful.

Now, Mike is quick to say that if the McDonald’s is short staffed — which EVERYBODY is right now — or overwhelmed with orders, it may affect the results of the Quarter Pounder test.
