Meghan Markle has been spotted several times lately without her infamous giant engagement ring from Prince Harry, and it has everybody talking.
This comes at a time when there are so many speculations flying around about the status of their relationship.
Are they having problems? Are they headed for a split? What’s going on?
Rumor is that Meghan has been partying with friends in California, while Prince Harry is attending to business across the pond.
Now, she is stepping out without her ginormous engagement ring, and the rumor mill is going crazy.
But, the reason she is not wearing her engagement ring might be explained away rather easily.
It’s actually pretty uneventful, and doesn’t paint the picture of a failed marriage, like everyone is saying.
See, Meghan is saying that the engagement ring is actually being repaired.
Apparently, a setting on the ring has come loose, and she has sent it to be fixed.
This isn’t the first time Meghan has had the ring altered.
According to People, back in 2019, Meghan “replaced the ring’s original gold band with a thin micro-pavé band.”
Not something I probably would have done, but you do you, Meghan.
So, turns out, the royal couple may not be having problems in their marriage at all.
It’s not that she isn’t wearing the ring as a sign of impending marital doom, but of simply being prudent that the ring doesn’t lose a setting.
