Nick Cannon Says He Realized He Was ‘Out of Control’ After Learning He’s Expecting His 8th child
I mean, I guess there’s a time for everything?
In case you haven’t heard, Nick Cannon has been making the rounds over the past few years. And by rounds, I mean making lots of babies.
In December, Nick Cannon and Alyssa Scott lost their 5-month-old son Zen after finding out he had brain cancer. Zen was Nick’s 7th child.
And now, Nick Cannon is expecting his 8th child (a boy) with model Brie Tiesi.
After learning of this news, Nick Cannon says his therapist recommended he become celibate after having four kids in a year.
Um, yeah that probably sounds like a good idea.
The thing is, can he afford all of his kids? Yeah. But can he give them the stable home and be a good father figure to all of them when they are all in separate households? Probably not.
Personally, even if I were rich, I’d never want so many kids with so many random people. I’d want my kids growing up in a stable environment with two parents to care for them but that’s just me.
Anyways, after celebrating his 8th baby announcement, Nick says he has started his
“My therapist was one of the [people] who said that I should probably be celibate because I had shared that news, that Bre was pregnant,” “That was the reason why I started my celibacy journey back then. I was [celibate] because I was dealing with [this].”
He then continued saying:
“I felt like I was out of control and honestly, celibacy did help me through the journey of getting one with myself and being able to deal with this,” he added.
So, there you have it. He says he is going to be celibate and not have any more children (at least for now) but who knows. I’m glad he finally realized he was out of control and I surely hope his children don’t suffer.
