You Can Watch Bill Murray Return to ‘Groundhog Day’ in This New Super Bowl Commercial
Today is Super Bowl but it is also Groundhog Day and some brilliant people (Jeep) hired none other than Bill Murray to Return to ‘Groundhog Day’ in This New Super Bowl Commercial. It is just pure awesomeness!
I loved the movie Groundhog Day. In fact, it was the first movie I really enjoyed Bill Murray in.
So, this commercial just brings back all those feels.
The commercial starts out with Bill Murray in bed and his alarm going off at 6 AM. Just like the scene in the iconic movie, Groundhog Day.
At first he is upset and runs into some of the same characters from the movie until he see’s the new Jeep Gladiator and says, “That’s Different”.
He then steals Punxsutawney Phil and has a hay day with him. Reliving the fun over and over again each day.
It’s a brilliant commercial and I will say, I definitely now want a Jeep Gladiator. They are so dang cool looking!
