Cameron Diaz Thinks We Should Normalize Married Couples Having Separate Bedrooms, And I Kind Of Agree
Cameron Diaz thinks we should normalize married couples having separate bedrooms, and just listen before you form an opinion.
Let me just say, I love my husband.
Like, I wouldn’t change anything about our relationship.
BUT, the dude can shake the walls with his snores.
And, the blanket on the bed? He tends to rip it off of me in the middle of the night, and roll himself up like a burrito.
So, when Cameron Diaz told the world of her genius opinion on married couples’ sleeping arrangements, I straight-up gave her a well-deserved slow clap of solidarity.
Cameron recently appeared on the Lipstick On The Rim podcast, and told the ladies of her exceptional idea for married couples.
She wants to normalize separate bedrooms for married couples. Yes, girl!! Preach!!
To me, I would literally, I have my house, you have yours. We have the family house in the middle. I will go and sleep in my room. You go sleep in your room. I’m fine.

She goes on to say that she would have a joint bedroom in the middle for “married relations,” but each person would otherwise get their space.
Now, to be fair, Cameron Diaz says this USED to be her ideal living situation.
She says she changed her mind on the whole “separate living quarters” situation after marrying Benji Madden in 2015.
I’m just going to go ahead and say — It’s Still A Great Idea!!
