Most people would never guess that I am a HUGE Elton John fan! Yes, I am absolutely an old punk rock girl that loves Elton John’s music. Weird right?

Most people would think that Elton John is one of those stuck up stars that would never care about the common folk, or normal life, that would be totally wrong. I actually got to hang out with him once.

We chit chatted about breastfeeding and cloth diapering of all things. Yes, Elton John used “proper nappies” (his words) and breastmilk provided by their surrogate.

I know, not what you would think I would discuss with someone like Elton John, but that was totally the conversation. Anyhow, all of that just to say that he is super cool.

You guys, this is a big concert! You can enjoy it right from the comfort of your own home!

You can see Billie Eilish, Mariah Carey. Billy Joe Armstrong, Alicia Keys, The Backstreet Boys, Time McGraw and MORE!

All of the performers will be performing from their own homes! They will be using their cell phones and whatever other audio equipment and cameras they have on hand.

It is being called the Living Room Concert for America.

The concert is an hour long and will be commercial-free. It is to support Feeding America and First Responders Children’s Foundation.

They are also paying tribute to the “front line health professionals, first responders, and local heroes who are putting their lives in harm’s way to help their neighbors and fight the spread of the virus”.

You can catch it this Sunday, March 29th at 9 pm Eastern/6 PM Pacific on FOX.

It will also be available on iHeartMedia radio stations instead of the iHeartRadio Music Awards since it has been postponed.

I’ll definitely be tuning in for this! Elton John, you’re the best! Oh and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
