Once you’ve downloaded it (and created an account) you will see a pop-up on the main screen asking if you want a Free 8 Count of Chick-Fil-A Nuggets.

Click accept and then you can go into your “rewards” tab at the bottom (is a present icon) and you’ll see your free coupon in there.
