Robert Pattinson Demands a Pee ‘flap’ on his batsuit after taking Christian Bale’s advice: “I pee sitting down”
If you’ve ever caught yourself wondering how superheros pee while wearing their superhero attire, you aren’t alone.
Turns out, that even the Batman has to think of using the bathroom while saving Gotham City!
Robert Pattinson is Gotham City’s only hope in the new The Batman movie and prior to filming, he took some unusal advice from Christian Bale.
During an interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, Robert Pattinson said that he asked for a surreptitious flap in his “The Batman” costume due to advice given to him by previous Batman actor, Christian Bale.
“I was a bit scared to ask them anything but I bumped into Christian Bale, “[I was] next to him in a urinal and I guess it kind of inspired him to say, ‘The first thing you need to do in the batsuit is figure out a way to pee.'”
“So when I went to the costume department I was like, ‘First things first. I need a patch. I need a flap on the back.’ Easy access… I pee sitting down.”
Okay for starters, the flap is genius but wait, did Robert Pattinson just say he pees sitting down?
Um okay then. To each their own I guess.
I cannot wait to see The Batman in theaters beginning March 4, 2022.
