According to the Starbucks website, the pumpkin cold brew is made from “Starbucks Cold Brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with a pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice topping.” 

The ingredient list includes:

  • Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam (made with cream, milk, pumpkin spice sauce and pumpkin puree)
  • Vanilla Syrup
  • Pumpkin Spice topping (made with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves) 

How do you make a pumpkin cream cold brew less calories?

A Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is made with regular whipped cream and vanilla syrup. To cut calories, you can ask to have the whipped cream swapped for light whipped cream and ask for sugar free vanilla syrup instead of the regular vanilla syrup.

If you want to further make a drink that tastes like the pumpkin cream cold brew with less calories, order an americano with a splash of milk and ask for one pump pumpkin spice syrup, or a black cold brew coffee with one pump of pumpkin spice.
