There is a place called Alta Colina that is a vineyard that is family-owned and operated. It’s located in Paso Robles, California amongst the rolling hills.
Within their property is a hidden gem that they call the “Trailer Pond”. It’s exactly what the name implies!
The “Trailer Pond” is set up with vintage campers from Tinker Tin Trailer Company. They’re set up for camping overlooking a pond at the vineyard.
The vintage campers have been completely restored and can sleep two people per camper. They come with the necessary coffeemaker too!
They have an area set up on the property where you can shower, use the restroom, and even cook. If you don’t feel like cooking you can order a catered meal or visit one of the local restaurants or cafes.
They offer activities you can enjoy as well! You can swim in the pond, or maybe take a hike through the vineyards. They also will take bookings for private wine tastings.
I think this would be an amazingly relaxing getaway! A couples trip, a friends trip, or maybe just some cozy time alone.
