Imagine the mid-morning slump hits and you go to your local Starbucks to get your favorite quick pick-me-up, only to find a snarky message written on the cup.
That’s exactly what happened to a man in St. Augustine Florida this past week.

According to the man (who did not want to be identified), his two sisters suffered with type 1 diabetes growing up, and seeing such a callous thing written in what was intended to be a snarky, or funny tone really hurt.
The store manager, Kent Miller, assured this is something they do NOT condone.
And while the customer only wants to make sure it never happens again, he also wanted to make sure the barista responsible knew that joking about something so serious isn’t funny:
