I’ve always been a sucker for chocolate truffle desserts. My absolute weakness is Ferrero Rocher. They may be expensive, but they make my heart happy.

This dessert recipe I promise you, will NOT help satisfy those sugar cravings, but it will please your sweet tooth.

For the ingredients list, this is what you’ll need:

1 package of Oreos

1 blocks of Softened Cream Cheese

4 cups of chocolate Ghirardelli melting wafers

Step-by-step instructions:

Crush the pack of Oreo cookies with a food processor (a blender works too) and add the block of softened cream cheese to your crushed Oreos in a separate bowl, mix together. It will be sticky.

Fill a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, scoop the Oreo mix into small balls (you can use your hands to roll them) and lay it onto the baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Next, grab another clean bowl and add the chocolate wafers and microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, until the mixture is melted.

Dip your oreo balls into the melted chocolate and return them back to the baking sheet. Refrigerate again, until your Oreo balls are completely hardened and bam, your no bake truffle dessert is completed with perfection!

You can also drizzle any left over chocolate onto the top and even use some Oreo crumbles. Enjoy!

Now be prepared, these are REALLY good and so easy to make, you might just eat the entire batch in one go. No judgement here!
