3-Ingredient Vanilla Whipped Cream
I like whipped cream on EVERYTHING. I make it for my coffee, put it on hot chocolate, top my cobbler with the good stuff, put it on fresh fruit, and even eat it plain. Don’t judge.
The best whipped cream on the PLANET come from Starbucks, AMIRITE?
NOT ANYMORE! I’ve found a simple way to recreate the creamy, delicious pillows of cream, and I’m gonna share the recipe with you!
Now, there are SEVERAL ways you can do this, but the ingredients are the same for all.
3-Ingredient Vanilla Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
- 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract (More if you like it REALLY vanilla-y)
That’s it! I bet you didn’t realize it was THIS easy!
Here is the FIRST way you can make whipped cream.
Put all the ingredients in a mug. Use one of these handy doo-dads, that I got on Amazon for like $12, and move it around the cup while pressing the “on” button. You will know it’s done when the whipped cream isn’t runny anymore.
It is important to note here — heavy whipping cream also makes butter if you whip it too long. It doesn’t take long. STOP whipping it when the whipped cream forms stiff little peaks.
Here is the SECOND way you can make whipped cream.
Throw all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip the concoction for about 30-45 seconds — just until it’s done (see above).
Here is the THIRD way you can make whipped cream — and BONUS, the kids can help with this one.
Throw all the ingredients in a Mason Jar, and seal it tightly with the lid. Shake, shake, shake that jar until you get whipped cream.
Again, over shaking the mixture will turn it into butter — Which, coincidentally, you can make using heavy whipping cream and salt. It’s really good on bread!
