Banana float? Try a Dr. Pepper float.

That’s right, Blue Bell and Dr. Pepper have come together to create a Dr. Pepper flavored ice cream that’s not your typical 70’s styled float.

Rather than scoops of ice cream floating above a carbonated beverage, this Dr. Pepper infused sweet treat combines the taste of soda and vanilla ice cream all in one pint.

We just can’t believe someone hasn’t thought of this sooner.

Featuring a vanilla flavored base with swirls of Dr. Pepper sherbet, this one-of-a-kind ice cream will be your next go-to after dinner indulgence.

So consider hiding the rest of the spoons in the kitchen drawer so you don’t have to worry about sharing.

Now all we need is a Coca-Cola flavored ice cream to make another float inspired dairy sweet treat.

You can find the Dr. Pepper float ice cream of course in the frozen aisle at your nearest grocery store.

However, only 23 states out of the 50 in the U.S. will have it stocked in the freezer section.

I know, we’re upset about it too, but the 23 states will include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wyoming.

So if you’re lucky enough to reside in one of the states mentioned above, you can count on the soda inspired ice cream to be available now through next year!

Say “I” if you plan on taking a roadtrip to snag this new ice cream flavor!
