In case you are wondering how in the WORLD they are going to host this show, considering we are all stuck inside our homes, it was recorded back in January. Long before this staying inside mess started.
So, it’s not going to be like the One World: Together at Home concert, where we got to see singers perform in their own homes. Although it was hella-cool, THIS is actually a produced television special, with awesome performances that pay tribute to an amazing legend.
The show will be hosted by Maya Rudolph, of Saturday Night Live fame. Not only is she hosting, but she will be PERFORMING with her Prince cover band — Princess.
Before the show starts, DJ D-Nice will be hosting a “Pre-show” that will be an official Grammy Salute to Prince. It will be part of his #clubquarantine series, and it will start at 8pm EST, and again at 8pm PST.
