Now I know I’m not the only one who’s been fighting these cravings, but ever since I’ve been home all hours of the days, all I want to do is SNACK.
And I’m not talking about healthy snacks, I’m talkin’ potato chips, chocolate chip cookies, pasta… pretty much everything I shouldn’t be eating all in a days work.
It’s definitely been hard not to eat the unhealthy stuff when I feel as if they’re constantly staring at me in the face all day long.
However, thankfully we have a simple baking recipe that may not be the healthiest, but it sure beats swallowing an entire bag of crunchy potato chips!
Thanks to Foodbeast, we now have the recipe for Chrissy Teigen’s very yummy and super simple banana bread! Curious to know how to bake it, I am too, so let’s get started!
To start off, you’ll need 6 ripe bananas. You’ll be mashing these up in a bowl.
Next, dump in 4 eggs, followed by a 2/3 cup of Canola Oil and whisk that all together! Put your back into it guys!
After that’s over and done with, get a separate bowl for your dry ingredients.
Throw in 2 cups of Flour, 2 cups of Sugar, 1 full box of Jello-O Vanilla Pudding, 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda and finally, 1.5 teaspoons of Kosher Salt and again, mix all together!
Dump both the dry and wet ingredients together and after it’s fully mixed, add an entire bar of dark chocolate chunks and 1 full cup of unsweetened coconut shreds, then, mix once again!
After you’ve gotten all of your ingredients together, you’ll need a bundt pan that’s sprayed with Canola Oil and coated in a bit of Flour. Pour in your banana bread mixture and bake for 60-80 minutes on 325 degrees Fahrenheit!
Now all that’s left, is to go enjoy that Banana Bread and its up to you whether or not you feel like sharing!
