Disney’s Aulani Resort Has a Pineapple Ice Cream Treat Topped with Seashells and Hawaiian Flowers
We can all agree that Disney has come up with some unique foods and drinks to eat while you’re visiting the happiest place on Earth.
If you’re looking for a new sweet treat to put you in the mood for summer, you might want to check out Disney’s new pineapple treat.
Similar to the original Aulani pineapple treat at Disney’s Hawaiian Aulani resort, there’s a jazzed up version of this sweet treat that looks a little like something from heaven.
Made from Dole Whip, this sugary treat includes pineapple ice cream, soft serve of course, featuring “Olu”, the turtle from the Duffy and Friends collection!
The Aulani treat can be enjoyed in a cup or cone, and if you want to be a little risky, Disney offers you the choice of adding a swirl of vanilla ice cream.
On the very top of the treat, you may find two chocolate coins, one that features Mickey Mouse on a turtle shell and the other that is ‘Olu.
Sugar seashells, sugar flowers and Mickey confetti sprinkles are also added to this sweet treat, talk about a burst of summer in your mouth!
To purchase this treat, you’ll have to go to Little ‘Opihi’s which is a beachside kiosk near Ko Olina Beach.
Although this treat isn’t exactly listed on the menu, you can ask a cast member to make you this special treat know that you have the inside scoop!
