I must admit, you all know that Dunkin’ is usually my go to for my morning coffee runs but as of recently, I have completely switched over to Starbucks because I just can’t get enough of their Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and the White Chocolate Mocha.
I feel horrible but Dunkin’ let’s face it you’re slacking! However, with that being said, Dunkin’ has caught my eye with a new drink on the menu and I just might be a frequent customer once again.
Oh shoot, did I just say “drink”? Well, I meant MILKSHAKE and now you know why I may be switching from Starbucks back over to Dunkin’!
Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins have recently combined flavors and is introducing the new Munchkins Milkshake.
The Munchkins Milkshake combines Dunkin’s famous Pumpkin Munchkins and Baskin-Robbins’ ice cream Flavor of the Month, which is ultimately, Pumpkin Cheesecake as of right now.
The two pumpkin flavors sound immaculate put together! You’re basically getting double the pumpkin flavor and that’s all one could really ask for to start the beginning of October, am I right?
Sadly, I must bring the heartbreaking news and that’s if you don’t currently live in Illinois throughout the greater Chicago area, you can’t take a sip of this glorious pumpkin milkshake just yet.
The drink is currently only available at the 250 Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins combo locations but hey, who says you can’t make it a road trip with friends!
The good news is that the limited edition drink will be staying on the menu up until the end of November; so, if you plan on taking a pumpkin road trip, you have plenty of time to do so.
“Munchkins Milkshakes are an innovative product we’ve been toying around with for a while,” Jeanne Bolger, director of research and development at Baskin-Robbins, said in a press release. “We’re very excited to be able to offer this product to the Chicago area, a community we know loves milkshakes and especially pumpkin-flavored treats. We’re sure that this new offering with satisfy both milkshake and Munchkins lovers alike!”Jeanne Bolger, director of research and development at Baskin-Robbins
Now regarding us individuals who don’t live in Illinois, we can only hope for a Christmas miracle early this year for this sweet treat to become nationwide.
Do you hear that Dunkin’, we want more pumpkin!
